Submittals

Safety of workers and future occupants along with realising Architects’ and Client visions is the primary agenda in any construction project. Submittals are needed to ensure both of these are inline. Super Construct will help you do it.

Change Request is integrated with RFI and SOV to ensure data quality, seamless data flow and no loss of data

Change contract orders could be digitally signed through our platform and appended to the Original Contract

Pay Application

Tracking the value of work done and timely payment of contractors is crucial for project success. Owner and General Contractor need to be always aware of the payments status and signature of lien waivers which could be legally challenging if ignored. Pay Application is integrated with SOV and other tools for seamless data transfer

Inspector Report is integrated with Pay Application for reviewing the work done as stated by Contractors

Generation of Conditional and Unconditional Lein Waiver documents are automated and conditioned to raise future pay applications.

Inspection

Meeting standards and procedures is key to quality output and most importantly in Construction Industry. Work in progress and work done would be reviewed by external agencies and the output has to be tracked to ensure if we are inline with standards.
